The Garden Room – featuring 180 degrees of open windows and a bright, airy feel. Novo’s spacious layout includes an inviting open-air sunroom surrounded by windows – ideal for intimate or fine dining, casual family meals, or exclusive private events. A state-of-the-art open kitchen lets guests watch the chefs at work, while the welcoming bar offers a full menu alongside an expansive selection of wines, specialty cocktails, and Italian and local craft beers.
At Novo, ingredients drive the menu: fresh Italian and locally sourced dishes,
including alluring appetizers, artisanal pizzas, hand-made pastas, fresh salads, and regional entrées. The experience finishes with gelato artigianale, crafted in-house by hand every day.
